Maroon Bells

This is a place Barry and I discovered when we lived in Colorado. This is Maroon Bells. One of the most photographed mountain ranges just outside of Aspen. We spent the day with the twins in their backpacks and just walked around and enjoyed each other's company. These mountains were absolutely breathtaking. This shot was taken not far fromt he parking lot. There are lots of trails and hikes to go on as well.

This was taken on the other side of the lake looking back the way we started.
Just on the trail that goes around the perimeter of the lake.
